Even if you have never made preparations for the winter in your life, compotes are a great way to start. They are always prepared incredibly simply, but then they delight with the taste of seasonal fruits in the cold season. I share an excellent recipe of apricots with orange and lemon.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Remove the seeds from the apricots as desired.

Cut lemon and orange into rings.

Put everything in clean, dry jars and pour boiling water over it.

Leave for 15 minutes under the lids.

Drain this water, add sugar to it and boil it again.

Pour the apricots and roll up the compote.
