One of the best ways to diversify plum jam in an original way is to add nuts there. But be sure to remove the seeds from the plum. And then you can just eat such jam with a spoon along with tea or unsweetened coffee – it's a pleasure.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Remove the seeds from the plum without cutting them completely. Put half a nut kernel in each plum.

Boil water with sugar and boil the syrup for 5 minutes.

Put the plum in it, bring it to a boil again and boil for another 5 minutes.

Let the workpiece cool down and boil again for 5 minutes.

Repeat the previous step.

After the last cooking, roll the finished jam into sterile jars.
