Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Tomato juice - 1 l
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Allspice - 3 peas
- Citric acid - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 80 g
- Salt - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the bell pepper in half, peel from the seeds and cut into medium slices.
In a deep saucepan, mix the tomato juice, spices, sugar and salt.
Boil for 2 minutes, add citric acid and chopped pepper.
Boil for 10 minutes, arrange in jars and roll up.
