Ingredients
- Plums - 1.5 kg
- Apples - 1.5 kg
- Sugar - 600 g
- Carnation - 10 buds
- Ground cinnamon - 2 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 100 g
- Vinegar - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the apples, remove the seeds from the plum and chop the fruit in a blender.
Add garlic and all spices to the same place.
Bring the sauce to a boil and simmer for 45 minutes on low heat.
Pour in the vinegar, boil for another 7-10 minutes and spread the tkemali in dry clean jars.
