A variety of additives are great for the classic apple puree. For example, here is a recipe with an orange. I will tell you in detail how to cook it, and at the same time – how to roll it up for the winter in cans so that the workpiece will stand all season.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Squeeze the juice out of the oranges and remove a little zest to taste.
Peel and finely chop the apples.
Add orange juice, zest and, if desired, spices or sweetener.
Bring everything to a boil and cook for half an hour on low heat, stirring.
Rub the puree through a sieve, boil again for 5-7 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
