How great it is to have stocks of goodies for the winter, and today I want to share my favorite recipe for pumpkin jam with dried apricots. This combination gives an incredibly rich and sweet taste that is sure to please your loved ones.
Ingredients
- Pumpkin (pulp) – 1 kg
- Dried apricots - 150 g
- Water - 1.5 glasses
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Ground cinnamon - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly slice the pumpkin pulp and dried apricots.
Fill with water, bring to a boil and simmer for about 20-30 minutes.
Grind with a blender and bring to a boil again.
Add sugar and cinnamon to taste and cook the jam for another 20-30 minutes until thick.
Roll it up in sterilized jars.
