- Sea Buckthorn - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort the sea buckthorn, remove it from the twigs, rinse it and put it in a colander.
Put the berries in a cooking bowl and put them on the fire. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil - the berries should let the juice.
Rub the hot berry mass through a sieve.
Add sugar to the mashed mass, mix and leave the workpiece for 7-10 hours.
After the specified time, mix the berry mass and pour it into pre-sterilized small jars. Seal the jars tightly and send them to a cool place for storage, or better yet, to the refrigerator.
