Ingredients
- Prunes - 1.2 kg
- Sugar - 800 g
- Ground cinnamon - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the plum, cover it with sugar and leave it overnight.
Bring to a boil, boil for 7-10 minutes and let cool.
Repeat the previous step.
Add the cinnamon, boil the jam for another 10 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
