Ingredients
- Zucchini - 1.5 kg
- Parsley - 0.5 beam
- Horseradish - 1 sheet
- Dill - 1 umbrella
- Grainy mustard - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 10 teeth
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Salt - 2 art.l.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put garlic, chopped parsley and horseradish leaf, dill, mustard and chopped chili in sterilized jars.
Cut the zucchini into circles and put it there.
Pour boiling water and leave for 10 minutes.
Drain the water, boil it again, and add sugar, salt and vinegar to the jars.
Pour boiling water over the zucchini again, roll it up, turn it over, wrap it up and let it cool.
