Step-by-step cooking recipe
Arbitrarily slice the zucchini with lemon, and put it in jars.
Pour boiling water, cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Drain the water, add sugar and boil the syrup until dissolved.
Pour the zucchini again and roll up the compote.
