Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Onion - 400 g
- Hot red pepper - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Sugar - 1.5 art.l.
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Vinegar - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly chop the onion and tomatoes. Fry in oil for about 15 minutes.
Add garlic and hot pepper. Fry for a couple more minutes.
Grind the mass with a blender and grind through a sieve.
Add salt, sugar and spices, and boil the ketchup for 10 minutes on low heat.
Pour in the vinegar and roll it into sterilized jars.
