Just one or a couple of oranges perfectly brighten up any jam, including cranberry. This is a citrus sourness, and an incomparable aroma, and a new pleasant shade of color. I share a long-tested and much-loved recipe!

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the cranberries, peel and finely chop the oranges, and add a little zest.

Cover everything with sugar, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring.

Let the workpiece cool down and boil again for 5 minutes.

Cool again, boil for 5 minutes again, add citric acid and roll into sterile jars.
