Just one or a couple of oranges perfectly brighten up any jam, including cranberry. This is a citrus sourness, and an incomparable aroma, and a new pleasant shade of color. I share a long-tested and much-loved recipe!
Ingredients
- Cranberries - 1 kg
- Orange - 500 g
- Brown Sugar - 500 g
- Citric acid - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the cranberries, peel and finely chop the oranges, and add a little zest.
Cover everything with sugar, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring.
Let the workpiece cool down and boil again for 5 minutes.
Cool again, boil for 5 minutes again, add citric acid and roll into sterile jars.
