Ingredients

  • Honeydew - 2 kg
  • Water - 1 l
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Citric acid - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - 1.5 art.l.
  • Bay leaf - 5 pieces

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Sort the honey mushrooms, rinse and boil for 15 minutes in boiling water. Rinse again.

Boil a liter of water with salt, sugar and bay leaf.

Put the honey mushrooms in the brine and cook for half an hour.

Arrange the mushrooms in sterilized jars and add citric acid to each.

Roll up the honey mushrooms for the winter.
