Ingredients
- Turnip - 500 g
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp.l .
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings (Korean) – 1 tsp.
- Water - 500 ml
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 50 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut turnips into cubes, chop garlic and chili, and put everything in a sterile jar with spices.
Pour boiling water, leave for 15 minutes under the lid and drain this water into a saucepan.
Add sugar, salt and vinegar to it. Boil it again and pour it back in.
Roll up the turnips for the winter.
