Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2 kg
- Garlic - 5 teeth
- Dill - 20 g
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp.l .
- Black pepper - 6 peas
- Salt - 150 g
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put black pepper, dill and peeled garlic cloves in jars.
Tamp the cucumbers tightly, trying to leave fewer voids in the jar.
Mix water with salt and bring to a boil.
Pour boiling brine into jars with cucumbers, cover with lids and put away in a warm dark place for 3 days.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add mustard and boil for 2 minutes.
Pour boiling brine into jars, roll it up and wrap it well with a blanket for a day.
