- Plums - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the plums well under water. We leave them whole and do not take out the bone.
Mix sugar with water and bring the syrup to a boil. The sugar should completely dissolve.
Add the plums to the syrup and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Remove and leave for 20 minutes, then boil again for 10 minutes. So, repeat 4-6 times.
Roll the finished jam into sterilized jars.
