Of all the ways to cook jam, in most cases I choose a five-minute if there is enough time. This is quite a long time due to the fact that the workpiece needs to be cooled, but at the same time a minimum of effort is required from you, I apples and plums undergo a minimum of heat treatment.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the plum, peel the apples and randomly slice the fruit. You can put it through a meat grinder.
Add sugar and leave for 3-4 hours.
Bring the jam to a boil, boil for 5 minutes and remove from heat. Let it cool down.
Repeat the previous step 1-2 more times.
Boil the jam for 5 minutes for the last time and immediately roll it into sterile jars.
