Ingredients
- Eggplant - 2 kg
- Garlic - 2 heads
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l .
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 1.5 kg
- Vegetable oil - 350 mo
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vinegar - 3 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly chop all the vegetables. First fry the eggplants until soft.
Put all the vegetables in a saucepan and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.
Add butter, salt and sugar, and simmer for another 20 minutes.
Add crushed garlic, chopped chili and vinegar, and simmer for the last 20 minutes.
Put everything through a meat grinder, bring it to a boil again and roll the caviar into sterilized jars.
