Clean and rinse the raw teeth, cut them arbitrarily and boil for 10 minutes in boiling water.

Put all the spices, crushed garlic and cheese into the jar, alternating layers.

Pour over the boiling broth in which the mushrooms were cooked. Cover with gauze.

Leave the jar in a cool place for 3-4 days, and then close it tightly and store it in a cold, dark place.
