Step-by-step cooking recipe
Scald the lemon and orange with boiling water, remove the bones and grind in a blender.
Finely chop the peaches, add the citrus fruits and sugar, and leave the workpiece for a couple of hours.
Bring the jam to a boil, boil for about 30 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
