- Strawberries (lesnaya) – 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash and sort the forest strawberries, remove all the leaves and cover it with sugar.
Stir and leave for 1 hour.
Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes on low heat.
Pour in the lemon juice and boil for another 10-15 minutes.
Roll the jam into sterile jars.
