Ingredients
- Beetroot - 1 kg
- Cabbage - 1 kg
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Apple cider vinegar - 100 ml
- Sugar - 70 g
- Salt - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the beetroot and finely chop the cabbage.
Mix all the ingredients, mash the salad and leave for 3-4 hours.
Place tightly in sterilized jars and sterilize them for another 15 minutes.
Roll up the blanks for the winter.
