Ingredients
- Dandelions (fully revealed) – 200 pieces
- Sugar - 600 g
- Water - 500 ml
- Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Carefully cut the dandelion petals, fill with water and put on fire.
After boiling, add citric acid and boil for half an hour.
Let the broth infuse for an hour, strain and add sugar.
Put it back on the fire and cook for about half an hour.
Roll the hot dandelion jam into jars.
