- Water - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the rowan berries with water and boil for 15 minutes after boiling.
Add garlic and basil leaves, and chop everything with a blender.
Add spices, bring to a boil again and pour lemon juice into the sauce.
Boil it for another 2 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
