Put all the spices and additives in jars, and then - the patissons. Leave the small ones like this, and cut the large ones.

Boil water with sugar and salt, and pour the blanks.

Pour in the vinegar and sterilize the jars for another 15 minutes in boiling water.

Roll up the blanks for the winter and leave to cool in the heat with the lids down.
