Who doesn't know about the benefits of raspberries? And about the benefits of black currant? Both of these berries are a real salvation in winter, in the season of colds and vitamin deficiency. Therefore, I suggest immediately combining them in one jam, and telling you how to do it correctly.
Ingredients
- Raspberry - 700 g
- Black Currant - 700 g
- Sugar - 900 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort out the raspberries and currants, cover with sugar and leave for a couple of hours.
Bring the jam to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Let it cool completely and boil for another 5 minutes. And again.
Roll the hot jam into sterile jars.
