Zucchini with cucumbers in Korean for winter

Can't you live without spicy and spicy Korean-style blanks, too? Then this recipe is especially for you! In addition to the banal carrots, I suggest cooking these zucchini with cucumbers. If desired, you can experiment with slicing or use a grater.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 1 kg
- Zucchini - 1 kg
- Garlic - 1 head
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Apple cider vinegar - 120 ml
- Sugar - 60 g
- Salt - 20 g
- Tomato sauce - 2 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 130 ml
- Spices and seasonings (Korean) – 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly slice cucumbers and zucchini.
Chop the garlic and hot pepper.
Mix all the ingredients together and let the billet brew for about 2 hours.
Put the workpiece into jars and sterilize them for 15 minutes in boiling water.
Roll up for the winter.
