Ingredients
- Apricots - 1 kg
- Water - 2 l
- Sugar - 400 g
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Divide the apricots into halves, remove the seeds and fill the fruit with water.
Add sugar and cinnamon, boil for 10 minutes, stirring, and pour the compote into sterile jars.
Sterilize them in a pot of water for another 10-15 minutes and roll them up.
