- Apricots - 2 kg
- Sugar - 800 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the apricots into halves, peel the seeds and put them in a saucepan.
Cover with sugar and leave for 2-3 hours.
Arrange the fruits in clean, dry jars, distribute the resulting juice evenly.
Sterilize for 10 minutes, roll up, turn upside down and wrap up with a warm blanket.
