The longest and most unpleasant part of cooking caviar from squash is its long boiling so that it thickens and then stored well. But everything is much easier if you have a slow cooker. The technician will do most of the work himself.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Heat the bowl of the slow cooker with oil in the "Frying" mode.

Finely chop all the vegetables, send them there and pour in some water.

Cook for about 30 minutes until the vegetables are soft, season and whisk everything with a blender.

Cook the caviar for another half hour in the "Quenching" mode and then roll it into sterile jars.
