What could be better than cherry compote? Except for cherry compote in winter, when you can only dream of fresh berries. Feel free to roll it up in large three–liter cans - believe me, it will not have time to spoil.
Ingredients
- Cherry - 450 g
- Water - 2.5 l
- Sugar - 180 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the cherry, carefully sort it out and put it in a three-liter jar so that it is filled by a third.
Boil water with sugar and pour boiling syrup over the cherries.
Immediately roll up the compote and turn the jar lid down for a couple of days. That's all! What could be easier?
