Homemade juice from viburnum turns out very tasty. It won't take long to cook it, the result will please everyone who tries it. This juice can be made from both fresh and frozen berries. It is a natural antioxidant that will always be at hand.

Ingredients

  • Kalina - 1 kg
  • Sugar - 150 gr
  • Water - 250 ml
  • Citric acid - 15 gr

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the berries, put them in a saucepan, pour water and bring to a boil.

Remove from the heat and rub the berries through a sieve. Add sugar and citric acid to the resulting juice. Put it on the fire and bring it to a boil again. Stir constantly.

Roll up the juice in a sterile container, send it to be stored in a dark, cool place.
