Ingredients
- Cherry - 200 g
- Red currant - 150 g
- Cranberries - 150 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Citric acid - 1 pinch
- Water - 2.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the berries, remove the twigs and debris, and put them in jars.
Pour boiling water, cover with lids and leave for 7 minutes.
Drain the water, add sugar to it and boil.
Add citric acid, pour in the berries again and roll up the compote.
