It is impossible to imagine a winter tea party without homemade jam. But in order to have something to choose from, you need to make more different stocks in the summer. I recommend, among other things, to cook a couple of jars of jam from apples and plums. The recipe is ridiculously simple!
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the apples into quarters, peel and peel the seeds.
Cut the plums in half, peel the seeds, chop.
Put the fruit in a saucepan, cover with sugar and leave for 3 hours.
Put the pan on low heat and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Puree the mass with an immersion blender until smooth.
Add citric acid and boil for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Arrange the hot jam in jars, roll it up and turn it upside down.
