Of all the various variations of canned peach compote, this one is a favorite in my family. Firstly, it is very tasty. And secondly, it is perfectly stored. For all the time of using this recipe, not a single jar has failed.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Disassemble the peaches into halves and put them in sterile jars.

Add sugar, lemon juice and boiling water.

Sterilize the jars for another 10-15 minutes in a pot of water and roll up.
