Sometimes I want to add a little spicy food to my diet. For such a case, pickled hot pepper in Georgian is perfect. During operation, be sure to turn on the hood, wear gloves and do not touch your face in any case.
Ingredients
- Hot red pepper - 1 kg
- Garlic - 5 teeth
- Parsley - 20 g
- Cilantro - 20 g
- Horseradish - 2 leaf
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 50 ml
- Vinegar - 160 ml
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Black Pepper - 4 peas
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 1,5 art.l.
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash and prepare the hot pepper, make small incisions at the base.
Boil water, add spices, butter, sugar and salt.
Add small portions of hot pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
Fill the prepared jars with herbs, crushed garlic and boiled hot pepper.
Add vinegar to the boiling brine, mix and pour into jars.
Roll up, turn upside down and wrap up well for a day with a warm blanket.
