Red beet caviar for winter through a meat grinder

This recipe will appeal to lovers of vegetable snacks. Red beet caviar is not prepared quickly, but it is very simple. Pass the vegetables through a meat grinder, fry sequentially with the addition of salt and spices. If necessary, add a little boiled water.
Ingredients
- Beetroot - 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 300 g
- Onion - 300 g
- Apple cider vinegar - 40 ml
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mince tomatoes, peeled onions and beets.
Fry the onion in oil until transparent.
Add beets, tomatoes, spices, sugar and salt. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 50 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in the vinegar, stir and remove from heat after 2 minutes.
Put the hot caviar in clean, dry jars and roll it up.
