- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Hot red pepper - 400 g
- Garlic - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Vinegar - 60 ml
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pass tomatoes with hot pepper and garlic through a meat grinder.
Add butter, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil.
Put the chopped bell pepper into the mass.
Simmer the lecho for about an hour on low heat.
Pour in the vinegar and roll it into sterilized jars.
