The longest and most time–consuming stage when cooking jam from garden cherries is the removal of seeds. There is no life hack here, and you have to do everything manually. That's why I sometimes skip this step and make my favorite blank right with them. I'm telling you more!

Ingredients

  • Cherry (sadovaya) – 1 kg
  • Water - 1 glass
  • Sugar - 1 kg

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pick a cherry and pluck it from the twigs.

Boil water with sugar and boil the syrup for 5 minutes.

Pour over the cherries and let cool.

Bring the jam to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.

Let it cool again and boil again for 10 minutes.

Roll the jam into sterilized jars.
