Ingredients
- Watermelon - 3 kg
- Citric acid - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt - 40 g
- Water - 2,6 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the watermelon into small pieces and put it in jars.
Pour boiling water, cover with lids and leave for 15 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, boil it again and pour it into jars.
After 15 minutes, drain the water back into the pan, add sugar, salt and citric acid.
Boil for 2 minutes, pour into jars and roll up.
