Ingredients
- Plums - 1.5 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Walnuts - 200 g
- Lemon zest - 1 tbsp.l .
- Lemon juice - 30 ml
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the plum, cut into slices and cover with sugar.
Leave for a couple of hours, and then bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.
Add chopped nuts and other ingredients. If the nuts are raw, first dry them in a dry frying pan.
Cook the jam for another 15 minutes on low heat and roll it into sterile jars.
