Only homemade marmalade from red currant can be tastier than your favorite homemade jam. An ideal preparation for the winter, from which all family members will be delighted! And especially children, and it's not so easy to please them. It turns out better and healthier than any store sweets!
Ingredients
- Red Currant - 600 g
- Sugar - 800 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick the currant, cut it off from the twigs and add 150 ml of water to it.
Bring to a boil, boil for 5 minutes and mash the mass into a puree. Rub it through a sieve.
Add sugar and bring the marmalade to a boil again.
Boil it for 15 minutes and let it cool. And so 2-4 more times, look at the density.
Pour the marmalade into sterilized jars.
