It's easy to make a classic vegetable lecho more satisfying. You can add beans there – and now you already have a full-fledged ready-made dish for the winter. Serve it instead of salads, snacks or in addition to the main meat dish.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 500 g
- Beans - 250 g
- Garlic - 20 g
- Vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Sugar - 30 g
- Salt - 20 g
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the beans overnight in advance and boil them until tender.
Arbitrarily chop the pepper, and chop the tomatoes in a blender.
Boil the tomato mass and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.
Add pepper and cook for another 10 minutes.
Add chopped garlic, chili, beans and all other ingredients except vinegar.
Boil for another 10 minutes, pour in the vinegar, boil for 3 minutes and roll the lecho into sterile jars.
