Dijon mustard has become a godsend for cucumber preparations. This is the best choice if you do not like too spicy salads, but at the same time you want to add piquancy to the snack. I share my favorite recipe, which I have been cooking for a couple of years.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 500 g
- Bell pepper - 500 g
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Water - 500 ml
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Dijon mustard - 1 art.l.
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly chop all the vegetables.
Put them in clean, dry jars with garlic and spices to taste.
Pour boiling water and leave for 15 minutes. Drain this water.
Boil clean water with salt and sugar. Add mustard and vinegar, and stir.
Pour the salad and roll it up for the winter.
