- Radish (margelanskaya) – 300 g
- Bell pepper - 0.5 pieces
- Parsley - 2 twigs
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pepper into strips and scald with boiling water.
Grate Margelan radish on a coarse grater.
Pour half the vinegar into the bottom of the jar, and put the chili, garlic and parsley. Only half.
