Ingredients
- Bananas - 1 kg
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the bananas into circles, and pour boiling water over the lemon, remove the bones and grind in a blender with the peel.
Cover everything with sugar and cinnamon and boil for 5-7 minutes.
Chop the workpiece with a blender and boil for another 7-10 minutes.
Roll the banana jam into sterile jars.
