An amazing snack with a strong aroma and light notes of piquancy. Preparing pepper in Korean is simple. Some housewives fry it whole, but I recommend cutting it into pieces and removing the seeds. This way it fits more into the jar and is much more convenient to eat.
Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 2 kg
- Ginger - 50 g
- Garlic - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 150 ml
- Vinegar - 100 ml
- Oregano - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the bell pepper, peel from the seeds and cut into large pieces.
Fry the pepper in oil until golden brown. For convenience, divide the vegetables into portions and do it in several approaches.
Peel ginger and garlic, chop in a blender.
Mix the roasted pepper, spicy mixture, sugar, salt and oregano.
Put into jars and sterilize for 10 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, roll it up and turn it upside down.
