Do you like canned salads? I just love canned fish with vegetables. First of all, it's simple. Opened the jar, poured it into a plate and eat. Secondly, it's very tasty, because you cook it yourself, adding all the seasonings to your liking.

Pre-rinse and peel all vegetables. Twist the tomatoes through a meat grinder. Cut the remaining vegetables into strips.

Wash the mackerel well and boil it. Let cool and separate from the seeds.

Mix the vegetables with the tomato mass and put it to cook over medium heat. Cook for half an hour until the vegetables are ready, then add fish, salt, sugar, vinegar and spices to taste. Cook for another 30 minutes.

Pour the hot salad into dry sterilized jars. Roll up and send to store in a dark cool place.
