Lovers of fragrant pickles should definitely try this simple recipe. Even an ordinary meal of pickled tomatoes with plums turns into a real holiday. They look great on the table, surprise with amazing aroma and taste!
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Plums (small) – 500 g
- Garlic - 50 g
- Dill - 4 umbrella
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Carnation - 2 buds
- Apple cider vinegar - 60 ml
- Sugar - 80 g
- Salt - 60 g
- Water - 2,2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Place dill, spices and coarsely chopped garlic cloves on the bottom of the prepared jars.
Lay the plums and tomatoes tightly, shaking several times in the process.
Pour boiling water to the top, cover with lids and leave for 20 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil again. Add sugar, salt, vinegar and immediately remove from heat.
Pour the boiling marinade into jars, roll up, turn upside down and wrap with a thick towel.
