Ingredients
- Strawberries (sadovaya) – 1 kg
- Sugar - 800 g
- Water - 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water with sugar until dissolved.
Put the strawberries peeled from the tails into the boiling syrup.
Bring to a boil again.
Boil the workpiece for 10-15 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
